Perfect for Singles, Apartment Dwellers, and Couples - From Jessica Tok @amazon.com
The Zojirushi BB-HAC10 breadmaker is terrific for couples, singles, or apartment dwellers wanting a small loaf of bread (1 LB). While at first, its price may be offsetting, it is a fantastic device and made of high quality materials. Most breadmakers are too large and end up being stored in the closet, but this machine is small, sleek, and bakes perfect loaves of bread. It is the same width as my toaster and is small enough to keep out on an apartment kitchen counter. The loaves on regular cycles take between 3:40-3:00 to bake, but it has a timer and a "keep warm" feature. It is quiet and an 8-year old could easily operate its simple push button controls.
Excellent Choice - From Bob Penn @amazon.com
I have used breadmakers for many years now. My last one died about two years ago. In the search for a replacement, I read many reviews and looked at the various options in stores. The Zojirushi BB-HAC10 Home Bakery 1-Pound-Loaf Programmable Mini Breadmaker turned out to be the right choice for me.
The Zojirushi is relatively quiet and its compact size allows it to fit nicely in a limited space. It has a nice appearance and will fit well into most kitchens. Its operation and many options make it easy and fun to use.
Worth Every Penny - From Miss Lou @ amazon.com
This Zo Mini bread machine is simply the best. I had a bread machine before Hurricane Katrina flooding washed away everything we had, and I waited this long to finally get another one. I learned from the King Arthur catalog site that they used Zojirushi machines in their test kitchens, so i knew a Zo would be a good choice for me. Only thing I hesitated on was whether I should pay a little more and get the 2 lb loaf machine or this little one. Finally decided on the Mini, and I am very happy with it.
Zojirushi BB-HAC10 Home Bakery Review - From Robert Leighton @amazon.com
This is my first Breadmaker machine and I love it. It does all that one would expect from a breadmaker. Cleaning is easy so long as you allow the container to COOL FIRST, then I use COLD water to wash out residual dough, then wash in hot water and soap. I've made cake, regular white bread, french bread(my favorite), Banana Nut Bread(really more of a cake).
Hmmm, Bread - From J Bird @ amazon.com
I'm happy with this purchase. I'll glad I went for the 1 lb loaf machine, because it's all my wife and I need. There's no use making a huge loaf and then expecting to eat it over several day because bread without preservatives and industrial drying goes stale in a day... If you want nice fresh bread, then you need to bake it daily.
The bread texture is good out of this machine. I was a little worried that all we would get was dense bread, but this machines options allow me to make a nice light loaf. And the french bread setting (5hrs making time) is fantastic.
